CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 48 hours from the time of booking the reservation will receive 90% of booking cost.

• After 48 hours of booking all reservations are final

DAMAGED PROPERTY

All damaged property will be calculated at new cost and the amount will be added to your bill.

NO SMOKING POLICY

All guests are asked to go outside to smoke. Ashtrays are provided on front porch. $250 fine
